MALVITA II, CYNTHIA MALVITA, MALVITA MANAGEMENT, LLC, and RIVERGREEN VILLAS PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC are Defendants, the Office of Michelle R. Miller, St. Lucie County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at https://stlucieclerk.com/auctions, beginning at 8:00 A.M. on the 7th day of April 2026, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
