CASE NO.: 2024-CA-001495 NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE NOTICE is hereby given that Michelle R. Miller, Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, will on May 5, 2026, at beginning at 8:00 a.m. ET, via the online auction site at https://www.stlucie.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit: Lot 29, MAIDSTONE, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 43, Page 11, 11A to 11C, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
