To: JERRY BARRASS, IF LIVING AND IF DEAD, THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, CREDITORS, AND ALL PERSONS CLAIMING BY AND THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST JERRY BARRASS


YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a Complaint to Foreclose real property located in Gulf County, Florida, and described as: Lot 35, Windmark North Phase I, according to the plat as recorded in Plat Book 8, Pages 38-42 of the Public Records of Gulf County, Florida (the Property), has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Ashley N. Cash and John R. Yunger, Attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is 215 Harrison Ave., Panama City, Florida 32401 and file the original with the clerk of the above-styled court within thirty (30) days from the date of issuance of this Notice; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief prayed for in the complaint; specifically, foreclosure of the property legally described below:
Lot 35, WINDMARK NORTH PHASE I. according to the plat as recorded in Plat Book 8, Pages 38 through 42, of the Public Records of Gulf County, Florida.


The property is 512 Sea Grove Way, Port St. Joe, FL 32456. This notice shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in the PORT ST. JOE STAR.
