DOB: 11/26/2025, MINOR CHILD CASE NO. 25-50-D-CJ NOTICE OF ACTION TERMINATION OF PARENTAL RIGHTS TO: Taryn Barlow, address unknown YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the State of Florida, Department of Children and Families, has filed a Petition to terminate your parental rights and permanently commit the following child for adoption: B.B. born on 11/26/2025. You are hereby commanded to appear on Monday, April 20, 2026, at 1:30 PM before the Honorable Kimberly Davis Bocelli at the Charlotte Courthouse, 350 East Marion Avenue Punta Gorda, FL 33950, for an ADVISORY HEARING.
