            NOTICE is hereby given that Mike Caruso, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Palm Beach County, Florida, will on March 30, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. ET, via the online auction site at https://palmbeach.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Palm Beach County, Florida, to wit:
 
Lot 38, Block D, LA MANCHA THREE, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 30, Page 60-64, of the Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida.

            Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
