YOU ARE NOTIFIED that you have been designated asdefendant in a legal proceeding filed against you for Complaint for Declaratory Judgement. The action was instituted in the Fourteenth Judicial Circuit Court, Bay County, Florida, and is styled BARBARA WILLIAMS, MELINDA GAIL GOUGE, JOHNNIE CARLTON GOUGE, JR and ADAM WAYNE GOUGE vs. BRENDA GRILLS GOUGE. You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the action on A Wayne Williamson, Esquire, Plaintiffs' attorney, whose address is P.O.
