     NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 25000283GCAXMX of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Highlands County, Florida, wherein Rocket Mortgage, LLC f/k/a Quicken Loans, LLC, Plaintiff, and Jodi Fountain are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Jerome Kaszubowski, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash AT THE JURY ASSEMBLY ROOM IN THE BASEMENT OF THE HIGHLANDS COUNTY COURTHOUSE LOCATED AT 430 SOUTH COMMERCE AVENUE, SEBRING, FLORIDA AT 11:00 A.M. on May 20, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
   
     LOT 46 AND THE EAST 1/2 OF LOT 47, RAAB AND WINTER'S SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 28, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HIGHLANDS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
     
     ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED.
