MARION PISANO, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF WILLIAM MARC EUGENE PISANO, et al., Defendants. NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE NOTICE is hereby given that Doug Chorvat, Jr., Clerk of the Circuit Court of Hernando County, Florida, will on May 5, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. ET, outside of Room 245 of the Hernando County Courthouse, 20 N. Main Street, Brooksville, FL 34601 in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Hernando County, Florida, to wit: Lot 36, Block 2, STERLING HILL PHASE 2A, according to the plat as recorded in Plat Book 35, Pages 26 through 32, of the Public Records of Hernando County, Florida.
