LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given of a public hearing by the Historic Architectural Review Board to be held at 1:00 PM, Thursday, April 16, 2026, in The Alcazar Room at City Hall, St. Augustine, Florida, at which time comments are invited on the following: CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS FOR CHANGES TO STREETSCAPE DESIGN INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE ROADWAY, HARDSCAPE, LANDSCAPE, STREET SIGNAGE, TRASH RECEPTACLES, AND LIGHTING. FOLLOWING OPINION OF APPROPRIATENESS HP2024-0016; CITY OF ST AUGUSTINE SUB ROWS ARE COMMON ELEMENTS DEDICATED FOR PUBLIC USE PER F.S. 177.081(3); ALSO KNOWN AS PORTIONS OF KING STREET INCLUDING INTERSECTIONS OF MARTIN LUTHER KING JR.
