The St. Petersburg Police Department seized the above-described property on or about the 5th day of February 2026, at or near 835 37th Av S, St. Petersburg, Pinellas County, Florida.  A Complaint for Forfeiture, pursuant to the Florida Contraband Forfeiture Act has been filed in the Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County.
