Effective March 13, 2026
Dr Williams- McNealy will no longer be providing primary care services at the Apalachee Center, Inc., Gadsden County Clinic. The Gadsden County clinic will remain open for all other services but will no longer provide primary care services.
Apalachee Center will continue to see Dr Williams-McNealy’s primary care patients at our Leon County Clinic at 2634 Capital Circle NE, Tallahassee, Fl to provide uninterrupted care.
Medical records will remain with Apalachee Center at 2634 Capital Circle NE, Tallahassee, FL 32308.
