HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY AVIATION AUTHORITY (AUTHORITY) 
NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE
The Authority intends to negotiate and award a sole-source contract with Record USA, Inc. for the purchase of goods and services of technical support services for the proprietary components used in the exit lane system. Firms that believe they can meet or exceed these requirements must provide, in writing, convincing technical data sufficient to support their position.
