Notice is hereby given that the Southwest Florida Water Management District has received Environmental Resource permit application number 929397 from the City of Tampa, whose address is 3402 W. Columbus Dr. Tampa, FL 33607. Application received: October 31, 2025. Proposed activity: Renovate existing Palonis Park and Gandy Park South to include a new driveway access, restroom, parking lots, and shade shelters. Project name: Gandy Park South and Palonis Park. Project size: 3.28 acres. Location: Section 8, Township 30S, Range 18E, in Hillsborough County. Outstanding Florida Water: No. Aquatic preserve: No. The application is available for public inspection Monday through Friday at the Tampa Service Office, 7601 Highway 301 North, Tampa, FL 33637-6759. Interested persons may inspect a copy of the application and submit written comments concerning the application.
