NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING LAKE COUNTY BUILDING SERVICES BOARD OF EXAMINERS April 02, 2026 @ 4:00 p.m. Lake County Administration Building, 2nd Floor Rotunda, Board Chambers, 315 W. Main Street, Tavares, FL 32778. The purpose of the meeting is to hear disciplinary cases and other matters relating to licensed and unlicensed contractors practicing in Lake County. A copy of the agenda may be obtained from the Building Division located in the Administrative Building, 5th Floor, Room 511, 315 West Main Street, Tavares, FL. Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 286 , Florida Statutes, Section 286.0105, if a person decides to appeal any decision with respect to any matter considered at the above listed meeting or hearing, such person may need to ensure a verbatim record of the proceeding is made to include testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. All interested citizens are welcome to attend. Persons with disabilities who need assistance to participate in any of these proceedings should contact the Division of Facilities Management at (352) 343-9760, 48 hours in advance of the public hearing.
