in Case No. 2025-CC-039596-XXCC-BC, of the County Court of the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Brevard County, Florida, in which WASHINGTON ARMS MANAGEMENT, INC. is the Plaintiff and All Unknown Heirs, Spouses, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees or Claimants by and through under or against Stephen R. Schwender, Deceased; Anthony Hensley a Known Heir of Stephen R. Schwender, Deceased and Unknown Tenant are the Defendant(s), The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at 11:00 a.m. at the Brevard County Government Center-North, in the Brevard Room, 518 S. Palm Avenue, Titusville, Florida in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on April 22, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
