Unit 1303, Phase 13, Building 13, of The Arbours II of the Palm Beaches, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 6529, Page(s) 28, and all subsequent amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements, in the Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida.
