The administration of the estate of Wendy Suzanne Lax, deceased, whose date of deathwas on or around November 22, 2025, File Number: 50-2026-CP-000513-XXXA-NB is pendingin the Circuit Court for Palm Beach County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 205N. Dixie Highway, West Palm Beach, Florida 33401. The names and addresses of the PersonalRepresentative and the Personal Representatives attorney are set forth below.
All creditors of the Decedent and other persons having claims or demands against theDecedents estate on whom a copy of this Notice is required to be served must file their claimswith this court ON OR BEFORE THE LATER OF THREE (3) MONTHS AFTER THE TIMEOF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE OR THIRTY (30) DAYS AFTER THEDATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE ON THEM.
All other creditors of the Decedent and other persons having claims or demands againstDecedents estate must file their claims with this Court WITHIN THREE (3) MONTHS AFTERTHE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE.
The Personal Representative has no duty to discover whether any property held at thetime of the Decedents death by the Decedent or the Decedents surviving spouse is property towhich the Florida Uniform Disposition of Community Property Rights at Death Act as describedin ss. 732.216-732.228, applies, or may apply, unless a written demand is made by a creditor asspecified under s. 732.2211, Florida Statutes.
ALL CLAIMS NOT FILED WITHIN THE TIME PERIODS SET FORTH IN FLORIDA STATUTES SECTION 733.702 WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.
NOTWITHSTANDING THE TIME PERIODS SET FORTH ABOVE, ANY CLAIM FILED TWO (2) YEARS OR MORE AFTER THE DECEDENTS DATE OF DEATH IS BARRED.
