NOTICE OF INTENT TO DEMOLISH OR SUBSTANTIALLY REPAIR AND INSPECT
March 24,2026
Pursuant to Chapter 7 of the Palm Beach County Code, Article lV, Section 7-52, Sub'Section 116,the owner or other interested parties for the structure located at 5160 Canal Rd, West PalmBeach, FL 33415, are hereby notified that Palm Beach County, Florida will proceed to have thebuilding, struc{ure or system repaired, demolished or removed thirty (30) days after the date ofthis Notice, if said building, struclure or system is not substantially repaired, demolished orremoved by that date. All costs incurred by the County in connection with theadministration, repair, demolition or removal will be assessed against the property.
lf, as a result of this Notice, the building, struclure or system is substantially repaired, demolished,or removed by the owner, notice is hereby given that work to abate the unsafe condition requiresbuilding permits and inspections for code compliance, and all related fees are required to be paidprior to performing the work or receiving certification of code compliance.
To request an extension of time, the owner should contact Javier Lopez (561-233-5179) withinten (10) days of receipt of this Notice. Said request for extension must be made in writing to thebuilding official.
An affecled owner or duly authorized agent has the right to appeal this.action to the ConstructionBoard of Adjustment and Appeals.
