NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned, desiring to engage in business under the Fictitious Name of Saul Health located at 150 Old Franklin School Rd in the City of Pittstown, Hillsborough, NJ 08867 intends to register the said name with the Division of Corporations of the Department of State, Tallahassee, Florida.
