IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE 15th JUDICIAL CIRCUIT, IN AND FOR PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA CASE NO.50-2025-DR-003989 MARY ANN SANTIAGO DE CASTRO, Petitioner, and SEGUNDO DE CASTRO, Respondent, NOTICE OF ACTION FOR DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE WITH MINOR CHILDREN TO: SEGUNDO DE CASTRO,UNKNOWN YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for dissolution of marriage has been filed against you and that you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it onMARY ANN SANTIAGO DE CASTRO, 5229 CEDAR LAKE RD APT 312 BOYNTON BCH, FL 33437 on or before 06/01/2026, and file the original with the clerk of this Court at 205 N Dixie Hwy, West Palm Beach, FL 33401. If you fail to do so, a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
