NOTICE OF ACTION FOR DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE (NO CHILD OR FINANCIAL SUPPORT) TO: YESSENIA YANEZ LAST KNOWN ADDRESS:11290 SW 11 PL, Davie, FL 33325 YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an Action for Dissolution of Marrige has been filed against you and that you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on MARLON ODANIS HEINSEN NARDI, whose address is: 10773 Cleary Blvd., Apt. 106, Plantation, FL 33324, on or before May 18, 2026, and file the original with the clerk of this Court at 201 South East 6th Street, Ft Lauderdale, FL 33301, before service on Petitioner or immediately thereafter.
