NOTICE OF ACTION FOR DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE (NO CHILD OR FINANCIAL SUPPORT) TO: Tena Louise Washington 1308 Moore Street Daytona Beach, FL 32114 YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for dissolution of marriage has been filed against you and that you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on William Ryan Ownby, whose address is 3138 N 12th Street Terre Haute, IN 47804, on or before May 10, 2026, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court at PO Box 6043, Deland, FL 32721-6043, before service on Petitioner or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
