To: Wayne Leon Last known address unknown you are notified that an action for dissolution of marriage has been filed against you and that you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Rushell Leon , Petitioner, whose address is 11601 SW 2nd St Apt 108 Pembroke Pines FL 33025 on or before 5/21/2026 , and file the original with the clerk of this court at 201 SE 6 Street Fort Lauderdale FL 33301 before service on petitioner or immediately thereafter.
