NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned, desiring to engage in business under the Fictitious Name of Captains Retreat  located at 33 Ocean Dr in the City of Punta Gorda, Charlotte, FL 33950  intends to register the said name with the Division of Corporations of the Department of State, Tallahassee, Florida.
