Notice Under Fictitious Name Law According to Florida Statute Number 865.09 
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned, desiring to engage in business under the Fictitious Name of  Level Up Tile Leveling System located at 7901 4th St N Ste 300 in the City of St Petersburg, Pinellas, FL 33702 intends to register the said name with the Division of Corporations of the Department of State, Tallahassee, Florida.
