NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND SPECIAL MEETING
HOUSING FINANCE AUTHORITY OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
Notice is hereby given that the Housing Finance Authority of Collier County (the "Authority") will conduct a public hearing in accordance with the Tax Equity and Fiscal Responsibility Act of 1982 (TEFRA) on February 19, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. (local time) in the USB Private Wealth Management Conference Room, Suite 500, Truist Building, 801 Laurel Oak Drive, Naples, Florida 34108 for the purpose of receiving comments and hearing discussion concerning the proposed issuance of the Authority's Multifamily Housing Revenue Bonds to be used to finance the acquisition and rehabilitation of the following project:

Initial Owner: ASHLEY PRESERVATION LP
Tax-exempt Financing
Requested: $51,000,000
Number of Units: 304
Size of Site: 22.13 Acres
Location: 715 Crestview Drive, Immokalee, Florida 34142
If issued, the bonds will be payable solely from the revenues derived by the Authority pursuant to a Loan Agreement or other financing documents between the Authority and the Initial Owner. The bonds will not constitute an indebtedness of Collier County, the State of Florida or any political subdivision or agency thereof within the meaning of any constitutional or statutory debt limitation or restriction. The ad valorem taxing power of Collier County is not pledged and may not be compelled to be exercised to make any payments of principal, premium (if any) or interest on the bonds. No property of the County or the State or any political subdivision or agency thereof will be pledged for payments of principal, premium (if any) or interest on the bonds, excepting only the revenues pledged by the Authority as described in this paragraph. The Authority has no taxing power.
All interested persons are invited to attend the meeting through the options set forth above, including remote attendance, and may submit questions or comments, request copies of the application for financing, or direct questions regarding remote attendance by email to the Authority's executive director at don@dappalaw.com. Persons are advised that, if they decide to appeal any decision made at this hearing, they will need a record of the proceedings, and, for such purpose, they may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
