Any document that a participant of record intends to submit must have been submitted as part of the record in the hearing before the Hearing Examiner or the document is relevant new evidence that was not known or could not have been reasonably discovered by the participant at the time of the hearing before the Hearing Examiner. All other documents will not be accepted by the Board. To ensure compliance with these regulations, copies of documents not submitted as part of the record before the Hearing Examiner must be provided to the Applicant and County Staff (BCherry2@leegov.com) not less than 2 days before the date of the zoning hearing. If a participant decides to appeal a decision made by the Board of County Commissioners with respect to any matter considered at this hearing, a verbatim record of the proceeding will be necessary to appeal a decision made at this hearing.
