The City Council of the City of Fort Myers, Florida, proposes to adopt the following ordinance: ORDINANCE NO. 4081 AN ORDINANCE To Be Entitled: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT MYERS, FLORIDA, APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT TO BE KNOWN AS THE B&I EXPANSION PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT LOCATED AT 2701-2735 PRINCE STREET; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. The Fort Myers City Council will hold a PUBLIC HEARING concerning the proposed enactment of the above titled ordinance in the Council Chambers at Oscar M. Corbin, Jr. City Hall, 2200 Second Street, Fort Myers, Florida, on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, on or about 5:15 oclock p.m., or as soon thereafter as can be heard. Copies of the proposed ordinance may be obtained or inspected at the City Clerks Office in Oscar M. Corbin, Jr. City Hall or viewed at fortmyers.gov. Interested parties may appear at the meeting and be heard in respect to the proposed ordinance. If a person decides to appeal any decision made by City Council with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, he or she will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
