NOTICE OF RESCHEDULED PUBLIC MEETING CATALINA AT WINKLER PRESERVE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT The Board of Supervisors of the Catalina at Winkler Preserve Community Development District (District) will hold its rescheduled meeting on Thursday, February 12th, 2026 at 2:30 p.m. at the District Manager, Rizzetta & Company, Inc., located at 9530 Marketplace Road, Suite 206, Fort Myers, Florida 33912. A copy of the agenda for the meeting can be obtained from the District Office at 9530 Marketplace Road, Suite 206, Fort Myers, Florida 33912 or by phone at (239) 936-0913. Additionally, a copy of the agenda, along with any meeting materials available in an electronic format, may be obtained at www.CatalinaCDD.org. Items on the agenda may include, but are not limited to, District operations and maintenance activities, financial matters, capital improvements, and general administration activities. The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law. There may be occasions when one or more Board Supervisors or staff members will participate by telephone. A speaker telephone will be present at the above location so that any Board Supervisor or staff member can attend the meeting by telephone and be fully informed of the discussions taking place either in person or by telephone communication. The meeting may be continued in progress without additional notice to a time, date, and location stated on the record. Pursuant to provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person requiring special accommodations to participate in this meeting is asked to advise the District Office at (239) 936-0913, at least 48 hours before the meetings.
