Detailed specifications and instructions for submittal may be obtained online at https://capecoral.ionwave.net/Login.aspx . Contact 239-574-0831 if assistance is needed. PROPOSALS ARE TO BE SUBMITTED THROUGH ION WAVE NO LATER THAN 2:00 P.M. ON MARCH 3, 2026. PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO BE SUBMITTED AFTER THAT TIME.
