ORDER ON MOTION FOR DEFAULT TIDS CAUSE, having come before the Court on Plaintiff, theCity of Cape Coral Police Department's ("CCPD") Motion for Default, filed with the Court on or about January 9, 2026, reviewed the court file, and being otherwise fully advised of the premises, states it is thereupon: ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that a Default is entered in this action against SCOTT ROOS for failure to serve or file any papers as required by law. CCPD will serve executed copies of this signed Order by U.S. mail within (5) days of execution on all parties who have not designated an electronic filing address and shall file a Proof of Service and Notice of Compliance with the Clerk of Courts. For those parties for which no address is known, counsel shall publish a copy of this order inthe legal notices section of an appropriate publication of wide circulation.
