NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Destin City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, February 2, 2026 at 6:00 p.m., at the Destin City Hall Annex Council Chambers, 4100 Indian Bayou Trail, Destin, Florida, to consider the following ordinances which titles read: ORDINANCE 25-26-LC AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DESTIN, FLORIDA, DELETING SECTION 7.13.00. NONCONFORMING USES AND STRUCTURES AND SECTION 16.08.00. A PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING THE SUBMITTAL OF A LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE (LDC) TEXT AMENDMENT APPLICATION REQUESTING TO AMEND LDC ARTICLE 7, TABLE 7-2, ALLOWABLE USES, TO ADD COFFEE AND TEA MANUFACTURING (NAIC 311920) AS A PERMITTED USE IN THE INDUSTRIAL ZONING DISTRICT. Copies of the above-mentioned subject may be reviewed at the City of Destins Planning Department. The public is encouraged to provide written and/or verbal comments on the above-mentioned matters.
