NOTICE OF FORFEITURE PROCEEDINGS IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE FIFTHJUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR MARION COUNTY, FLORID IN RE: FORFEITURE OF: Case Number: 2025-CA-2730 $15,930.00 (Fifteen Thousand, Nine Hundred and Thirty Dollars) in U.S. Currency Judge: Herndon ALL PERSONS who claim an interest in the following property: $15,930.00 (Fifteen Thousand, Nine Hundred and Thirty Dollars) in U.S. which was seized because said property is alleged to be contraband as defined by Sections 932.701 (2)(a)(1-6), Florida Statutes, by the City of Ocala, Division of Ocala Police Department, on or about November 15, 2025, in Marion County, Florida.
