NOTICE OF PUBLIC AUCTION ADVERTISEMENT OF SALE: Pursuant to the Florida Self Service Storage Facility Act 83.801-83.809, the owner of a self-storage facility has a lien upon all personal property located at the self-service storage facility for rent or other charges incurred for the storage of the personal property. This notice is being provided that the owner is enforcing its lien and intends to sell or otherwise dispose of the personal property located in the rented spaces at the facility and address listed below. The tenants listed may pay the amount necessary to satisfy the lien and the reasonable expenses incurred to redeem the personal property. Notice is hereby given that on February 23, 2026 on or after 5:00pm, the personal property, located at First Choice Storage - Ocala, 10579 SE Maricamp Rd, Ocala, FL 34472 will be sold by competitive bidding on the public website www.storageauctions.com, to satisfy the lien pertaining to the rented storage unit by: Nicole Kridler, James Heritage, Patricia Adkins, Christian Davis, Georgia Gonzalez.
