This Summons is served upon you by publication pursuant to an Order of the Supreme Court, Cattaraugus, dated January 8, 2026, entered January 9, 2026, which directed that service be made upon you by publication, in accordance with CPLR 316. The publication shall be made in Olean Times Herald, Detroit Free Press, and Ocala Star Banner, once in each of four consecutive weeks, and service shall be deemed complete on the twenty-eighth day after the first publication. Defendant is not an infant or incompetent (upon information and belief). The basis of venue is that the property which is the subject of this action is located in Cattaraugus County, New York.
