NOTICE OF ACTION FOR FORFEITURE IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE FIFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR MARION COUNTY, FLORIDA Case No.: 2025-CA-2832 IN RE: FORFEITURE OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY: OKX UID #211063503740641280 CONTAINING MULTIPLE CRYPTOCURRENCY TOKENS, NOTICE OF ACTION FOR FORFEITURE TO: ALL PERSONS, FIRMS AND CORPORATIONS OWNING, HAVING OR CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN OR LIEN ON THE ABOVE-DESCRIBED PROPERTY. Notice is given pursuant to 932.701 to 932.704, Florida Statutes, the Florida Contraband Forfeiture Act, that the Marion County Sheriff's Office (MCSO) seized the above-described property. The Court has issued an Order Finding Probable Cause. All persons or entities who have a legal interest in the subject property are required to serve a copy of your answer, asserting any affirmative defenses with the Clerk of the Court and the undersigned counsel no later than February 18, 2026.
