CITIZENS OF MACCLENNY PLEASE TAKE NOTICE at the regular meeting of the City Council on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at 5:00 o’clock P.M. at City Hall, 118 East Macclenny Avenue, Macclenny, Florida, the City of Macclenny will consider the below Ordinance for final reading: A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 4-101 UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF MACCLENNY; TO ALLOW A PARCEL OF LESS THAN FIVE (5) ACRES WITHOUT A PRIMARY STRUCTURE TO HAVE ACCESSORY BUILDING; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
