Unit 4118, Building E, CYPRESS POINTE AT LAKE ORLANDO, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 8825, Page 505, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida and all amendments thereto.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is Kaye Bender Rembaum, P.L., 1200 Park Central Boulevard South, Pompano Beach, Florida 33064, on or before March 2, 2026, a date which is within (30) days after the first publication in the Orlando Business Journal, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a Default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or Petition.
