MAITLAND PUBLIC LIBRARY AND QUINN STRONG PARK PROJECT SOLICITATION OF SUBCONTRACTORS 
On behalf of The City of Maitland, Turner Construction Company is requesting the prequalification of subcontractors to allow for receipt of bids for the construction and associated work required for a new Maitland Public Library building and Quinn Strong Park improvements.  The project is located at 301 Maitland Ave. S, Maitland, FL 32751. 
All subcontractors must complete a prequalification application and submit all required documentation through www.turnerconstruction.com prior to submitting a bid.  Click on Become a Subcontractor located at the top of the website to begin the process.  Failure to complete the prequalification application prior to bid submission shall constitute non-compliance and void any bid.  Please contact Samra Ansari at saansari@tcco.com for questions regarding the prequalification process. 
The bid date for all packages  is anticipated in January 2026 with anticipated due date on or before March 02, 2026.  Please contact Samra Ansari at  saansari @tcco.com for questions regarding any bid packages.
