CITY OF EDGEWOOD NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING SECOND AND FINAL READING OF ORDINANCE On Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at 6:30 pm or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, the Edgewood City Council will hold a Public Hearing in the City Hall Council Chamber, 405 Bagshaw Way, Edgewood, FL 32809, on the following ordinance: ORDINANCE NO 2026-01 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EDGEWOOD, FLORIDA, AMENDING CHAPTER 134 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES TO CORRECT A SCRIVENERS ERROR RELATED TO TATTOO ESTABLISHMENTS AND BODY PIERCING; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION, CONFLICTS, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Ordinances may be inspected by the public in the Office of the City Clerk, 405 Bagshaw Way, Edgewood, FL. 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday - Thursday and 8 a.m. to 12 noon on Friday or send a request for an email copy to sriffle@edgewood-fl.gov. Interested parties may appear and be heard with respect to the Ordinance. Persons wishing to appeal any decision made during the hearing will need a record of the proceedings and may need to ensure that a verbatim record is made, including the testimony and evidence on which the appeal is to be based.
