EDGEWATER WEST COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NOTICE OF MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors (Board) of the Edgewater West Community Development District (District), will hold a Special Meeting on February 18, 2026 at 9:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, at the offices of Hanson, Walter & Associates, Inc., 8 Broadway, Suite 104, Kissimmee, Florida 34741. The purpose of the meeting is for the Board to consider updated financing plans for the next bond issuance, as well as any business that may be lawfully considered. The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provision of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. The meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting. A copy of the agenda for the meeting may be obtained from the office of the District Manager, Wrathell, Hunt & Associates, LLC, 2300 Glades Road, Suite 410W, Boca Raton, Florida 33431, (877) 276-0889, during normal business hours or by visiting the districts website, https://edgewaterwestcdd.net/. There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors or staff will participate by telephone. Pursuant to provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person requiring special accommodations at this meeting because of a disability or physical impairment should contact the District Office at (877) 276-0889 at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.
