<p>Notice of Limited Liability Company Dissolution<br /> Notice is hereby given that WTC Consulting Services, LLC, a Florida limited liability company (the "Company"), has been dissolved pursuant to the Florida Revised Limited Liability Company Act. The effective date of dissolution was December 29, 2025. All persons having claims against the Company are required to present their claims in writing and include sufficient detail to identify the claimant and the amount and basis of the claim.
