NOTICE OF INTENT TO DESIGNATE POSITION AS SENIOR MANAGEMENT CLASS (SMC)
Notice is hereby given that the St. Lucie County Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller's Office intends to designate the position of Chief Operating Officer as a Senior Management Class (SMC) position under the Florida Retirement System, pursuant to section 121.055, Florida Statutes.
This designation is based upon the executive, managerial, and policy-making responsibilities associated with the position. This notice shall be published once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in accordance with statutory requirements.
