Pennachio of Pennachio Eye, is leaving the practice located at 14244 State Hwy 50, Clermont, FL 34711 and 1100 S Grove St, Eustis, FL 32726. All patients may retrieve their medical records from Pennachio Eye located at 14244 State Hwy 50, Clermont, FL 34711 and 1100 S Grove St, Eustis, FL 32726 or by calling 352-227-1999. Dr. Pennachio's last day at the practice will be June 5, 2026. It is important for existing patients to schedule an appointment within the next 30 days either with one of Pennachio Eye's doctors or an outside eyecare doctor to ensure they are receiving ongoing care.
