NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR DEPOSIT INSURANCE BY PROPOSED NEW DEPOSITORY INSTITUTION Notice is hereby given that Florida Bank of Finance (In Organization), Coral Gables, Florida, has made application for federal deposit insurance to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, in connection with the opening of a new Florida state banking corporation in the Coral Gables area located at 4000 Ponce de Leon Blvd Suite 690, Coral Gables, Miami-Dade County, Florida 33146. The organizers of the proposed bank are: Lorenzo Delzoppo Roberto Munoz Daniel Prinzing Carlos Domingo Katya Fisher Marco Guerra de Sa Fred Matera This notice is published pursuant to the Federal Deposit Insurance Act. Any person wishing to comment on the application may file his or her comments in writing with the Regional Director of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation at its regional office located at Suite 900, 10 Tenth Street, N.E., Atlanta, Georgia 30309-3849, not later than 30 days after the date of the publication of this notice unless the comment period has been extended or reopened in accordance with the FDIC's regulations. The nonconfidential portions of the application are on file in the corporation's regional office and are available for inspection during regular business hours.
