Any person wishing to comment on the application may file comments in writing to the Director for Licensing, Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, 225 E. John Carpenter Fwy, Suite 900, Irving, Texas 75062, or by email to licensingpubliccomments@occ.treas.gov, within 30 days of the date of this publication.
