Leasehold Conversion NOTICE is given that applications have been received for the conveyance of Okaloosa County's reversionary interest from the owners of certain properties. This conveyance shall not include any rights, powers or authority held by the Grantor as to the beach area from the Mean High-Water Line to the landward toe of any dune line (or if established an erosion control line), either for itself or for the public generally as to the access, use and regulation of this area. The properties are more particularly described as: KCJ Properties- The south 150 feet of the west 165 feet of lot 24, block 13, Santa Rosa Island, according to plat recorded in plat book 2, page 84-f, of the public records of Okaloosa County, Florida. Also identified as property appraisers identification number 00-2S-24-2185-0013-0241. KCJ Properties- The south 150 feet of the east 35 feet of ninth beach freeway, block 13, Santa Rosa Island subdivision, according to plat recorded in plat book 2, pages 84, 84a through 84f, inclusive, of the public records of Okaloosa County, Florida. Also identified as property appraisers identification number 00-2S-24-2185-0013-0242. KCJ Properties- Lots 363 and 364, block 6, Santa Rosa Island subdivision, according to plat recorded in plat book 2, pages 84 and 84a through 84f, inclusive, of the public records of Okaloosa County, Florida. Also identified as property appraisers identification number 00-2S-24-2185-0006-0363. If any party claims an interest in these properties and objects to the conveyance of the County's interest, then they must file a written objection with the Department of Public Works located at 1759 South Ferdon Blvd., Crestview, Florida 32536.
