NOTICE OF GENERAL SURGERY CENTER CLOSURE Effective May 15, 2026, Florida Health Care Plans (FHCP) will no longer offer general surgery services through its staff physicians. Patient medical records will be retained in a confidential and secure manner and will be available to patients or their authorized representatives.
