YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced to quiet title to the following real property, lying and being situated in Charlotte County, Florida, more particularly described as follows: 
LOT 23, BLOCK B, MAY TERRACE SUBDIVISION AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGES 49A AND 49B, PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA 
This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, with the clerk of the court and to serve a copy upon Bryan S. Kessler, Esq., Attorney for the Plaintiffs, whose address is 1872 Tamiami Trail S, Suite D, Venice, Florida 34293, not later than 30 days after the first publication of this notice; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
