NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF ANNUAL REPORT OF PRIVATE FOUNDATION TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given pursuant to the requirements of Section 6104, Internal Revenue Code of 1986, that the Annual Report of the George and Mary Jo Sanders Foundation Inc., a Florida Corporation not for profit, and a private foundation, for the year ended December 31, 2025, is available for inspection by any citizen so requesting with the period extending 180 days from the date of this notice, such inspection to be at the principal office of said Foundation located at 1412 Royal Palm Square Blvd #102, Fort Myers, FL 33907 (239) 334-8852, and said inspection to be made during the regular business hours.
